Erdman supports Engineering Education

David Erdman created the Erdman Engineering Awards in 2008. He funds the scholarships at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. David is a graduate of Duke's Biomedical Engineering program.

Erdman Awards: David Erdman Awards Four Scholarships in 2017

In 2017-2018, four students from Charlotte are receiving $1000 scholarships payable toward their tuition at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering.

The scholarships are funded by Charlotte attorney, David Erdman, who graduated from Duke in 1971with a degree in biomedical engineering.

 2017 was the seventh year of the Erdman Engineering Awards which are awarded to North Carolina students who have been accepted to study engineering at Duke University.

 The 2017 winners are:
