I.               Thou shalt be equals.

II.            Thou shalt be a team. 

III.         Thou shalt stay close to your spouse.

IV.         Thou shalt appreciate your spouse .        

V.             Thou shalt communicate your needs to make sex fulfilling for both of you.

VI.          Thou shalt be visibly married.

VII.       Thou shalt lead a marriage-centered life.

VIII.    Thou shalt not allow children to obstruct your marriage.

IX.          Thou shalt learn to resolve differences.

X.             Thou shalt apologize and forgive.
